How to install and run Japanese Visual Novels on Non-Japanese Windows

• Download and install Locale Emulator
• Download your visual novel.
• If you have a disc image file (such as .img, .iso, .mds, .bin), mount it with a tool such as VCD or Daemon Tools - if you only have the files, extract them on your computer
• Right click the setup.exe (might be called slightly differently) and Run in Japanese
